Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use FitFast. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

2. Medical disclaimer (important)

FitFast provides general fitness and nutrition coaching. We are not doctors. Our plans are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified physician before starting any new exercise or diet program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a chronic condition (diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure), take prescription medication, or have a history of eating disorders.

Stop and seek medical help if you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, or any unusual symptom during exercise. Use plans at your own risk.

3. Your account

Keep your password secret. You're responsible for everything that happens on your account. Notify us at support@fitfast.app if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Subscription plans (monthly, 3-month, 6-month) are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each period using your saved payment method. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription; cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the current period.

If a renewal payment fails, we give you a grace period (usually 7 days) to update your payment method before the account is locked. During the grace period your access continues. See the Refund Policy for prorated refunds on multi-month plans and for the 14-day cooling-off window.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use FitFast to: share someone else's personal info, upload content you don't own, attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the service, use automated tools to scrape, or violate any law. We can suspend or terminate accounts that do.

6. Content and intellectual property

Your content (check-ins, photos, notes) stays yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you and use it (anonymised and aggregated) to improve the service. Our content (generated plans, app design, coach text) belongs to us.

7. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, FitFast and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where Egyptian Consumer Protection Law 181/2018 or other mandatory law says otherwise.

8. Termination

You can close your account anytime via Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or any applicable law. If we terminate your account for violation, you won't be entitled to a refund of the current period.

9. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt. Before going to court, please email support@fitfast.app — most issues can be resolved directly.

10. Changes to these Terms

We'll notify you by email and in-app at least 14 days before material changes take effect. If you don't agree with the updated Terms, cancel your subscription before they take effect; otherwise continued use counts as acceptance.

This document may be updated. The version in effect is the one shown on this page.
