Refund Policy

1. 14-day cooling-off right

Article 43 of Egypt's Consumer Protection Law 181/2018 gives you the right to cancel any online purchase within 14 days and receive a full refund, no reason required. This applies to your first subscription purchase. To exercise this right, email support@fitfast.app or open a refund ticket from Help → New ticket.

2. Cancelling a subscription

Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access and plans continue until the end of your current paid period. No further charges after that.

3. Prorated refunds on multi-month plans

For 3-month and 6-month plans, if you cancel more than 14 days after purchase, we'll refund the unused full months (not days within a started month) on a prorated basis, minus any administrative fees Fawaterak charges. Example: you buy the 6-month plan, use 2 full months, cancel during the 3rd month — we refund 3 months' worth (the 3 unused full months that remain after the current month ends).

4. How to request a refund

Option 1 — In-app: Go to Help → New ticket, select 'Billing & Refund', describe your request. We respond within 2 business days.

Option 2 — Email: support@fitfast.app with your registered email and the approximate purchase date.

5. Processing time

Once we approve a refund (usually same or next business day), Fawaterak processes it in 5–14 business days depending on your card-issuing bank. The refund appears on your original payment method.

6. What is not refundable

Used months on a multi-month plan (we refund the unused months only). Bank or payment-processor fees that were deducted before the amount reached us. Accounts terminated by us for violating the Terms of Service.

7. Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first — most disputes resolve faster through support. Chargebacks that result in unjustified reversals may cause suspension of the associated account.
